The framework of our Institutions

Character Education Foundation (CEF) has established academies, homes, and institutes to support teachers and parents in Pakistan. These institutions provide comprehensive courses in Quranic education, child upbringing, and personal development. With operational centers in rural and urban areas, the foundation aims to empower communities and build a brighter future for Pakistan.
We have established Character Education Academies (CEA) at the district level, with 10 academies currently operational. These academies provide comprehensive training for teachers in Nazirah Quran, Fahm-ul-Quran, and child upbringing. Additionally, we offer short courses designed to transform teachers into mentors, equipping them with the skills needed to guide and inspire their students. Our aim is to create a network of educators who are committed to fostering values-based education and developing well-rounded individuals.
Character Education Homes (CEH) in rural communities are designed to provide accessible, community-based educational support for parents and teachers. These programs focus on Quranic literacy, character development, and parenting guidance. CEH aims to strengthen families, promote moral values, and equip individuals with tools for nurturing responsible future generations. By engaging parents and educators directly through local sessions, these homes foster a culture of lifelong learning across rural communities.
Our urban programs empower women through focused courses in Tajweed-ul-Quran, Fahm-ul-Quran, parenting, seerah, purposeful living, and successful family life. These institutes serve as hubs for lifelong learning and growth, offering a safe and supportive environment for women to thrive. Participants gain both knowledge and confidence to lead with integrity and compassion. With several centers already in operation, CEF UK plans to expand across more urban areas, enabling women to become informed, confident, and value-driven mentors in their homes and communities.
