Youth Leadership Program (YLP)
Many young people struggle to find their purpose and direction in life. Our Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is here to guide them, offering a blend of Quranic education and leadership training. We aim to nurture their potential, helping them become confident, compassionate leaders who will shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
About Youth Leadership Program (YLP):
Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is designed to engage university students and develop their leadership skills for future roles in family and society. With numerous universities across Pakistan, we aim to make a significant impact through Quranic education courses, aligned with the Higher Education Commission’s guidelines, combined with leadership training. We also plan to establish Character Education Societies in universities to provide platforms for character-building activities and personal growth. Our goal is to shape the future leaders of Pakistan by fostering leadership qualities and civic responsibility among students. To achieve this, we’ve developed dynamic outdoor engagement programs for physical leadership training and immersive, hands-on sessions for intellectual development empowering youth to excel as strong leaders.
- Our transformative outdoor engagement campaigns are delivered under Youth Impact (YI), a leader in youth leadership development for over a decade, is now a part of Character Education Foundation (CEF). Our outdoor campaigns unleash the full potential within young minds. By immersing participants in nature, we empower them to:
- Discover their inner strength and resilience
- Develop leadership skills inspired by the Seerah of the Prophet (PBUH)
- Enhance creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Build a sense of community and social responsibility
- Cultivate emotional intelligence and empathy

- Our programs use an Experiential Learning model (Kolb’s Learning Cycle) to bridge theory with practice, helping young leaders gain a deep understanding of themselves and their surroundings. Through active engagement, participants develop crucial skills and confidence that can only be gained through real-world experience to become true leaders.

Character Education Foundation (CEF) is committed to empowering the next generation of educators. Our Mentor Development Program (MDP) is designed to transform parents and teachers into exceptional mentors. By providing specialized training, we aim to elevate the teaching-learning process. Participants will develop the skills and knowledge to transition from traditional educators (mudaris) to effective instructors (mualim) and ultimately inspiring mentors (murabi). This program is of great significance in CEF’s mission to foster holistic development in our younger generation. Under this program we have designed comprehensive courses for teachers and parents and have established specialized institutions across Pakistan.
